It's truly one of my favorite places to eat. I love José's service; he's very friendly. My favorite dishes are cachapa with grilled meat and cabimera, delicious. We always come here.

I recently visited Tres Puntos and ordered the Carne Asada Burger. Unfortunately, the meat was not of the best quality. It was quite tough, didn't come apart when chewing, and lacked the tenderness you would expect from a good burger.

If I were to return to this Venezuelan restaurant, I wouldn't order the same burger (Carne Asada Burger) again. I wouldn't recommend it, as I believe the establishment should invest in better quality meat, as it seems they are using second or third-rate meat.

Overall, my experience wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either—I was a bit disappointed. I hope they can improve in the future, as they have potential, but the quality of the ingredients is key to offering a better experience.

My rating for this establishment is 3.8 stars.

The food is nothing out of this world, I ordered cachapas, they were not authentic. It is also very expensive. I really felt that it was not worth it, with what I spent there I could have eaten comfortably in a good restaurant.

THEY HAVE A HORRIBLE SMELL OF ROTTING GARBAGE OUTSIDE ON THE TABLES and it seems to me that the food delivery is too slow

In my opinion they are lowering the quality. I haven't eaten in that place again in a while. I ordered a shredded meat empanada and I don't know if it was shredded or paprika.
