I recently visited Tres Puntos and ordered the Carne Asada Burger. Unfortunately, the meat was not of the best quality. It was quite tough, didn't come apart when chewing, and lacked the tenderness you would expect from a good burger.
If I were to return to this Venezuelan restaurant, I wouldn't order the same burger (Carne Asada Burger) again. I wouldn't recommend it, as I believe the establishment should invest in better quality meat, as it seems they are using second or third-rate meat.
Overall, my experience wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either—I was a bit disappointed. I hope they can improve in the future, as they have potential, but the quality of the ingredients is key to offering a better experience.

The food is nothing out of this world, I ordered cachapas, they were not authentic. It is also very expensive. I really felt that it was not worth it, with what I spent there I could have eaten comfortably in a good restaurant.

I placed a large takeout order and they made a mistake, I had to go back and order it again (living 1:30 minutes away) for a Venezuelan place I expected a little more joy ? those who serve the truth do not smile even a little and The truth is that I expected much more since they are working in front of the public, maybe it was a bad day but I also work in front of the public and you have to have a good attitude so that the food tastes better. I ordered several things with pernil and it was dry, I expected more! The mandocas and tequeyoyo are very delicious!! It's not their fault but the food truck is near a garbage dump and the truth is that I don't see eating there as an option, the smell was very bad, the wait for my order made me sad because of that.
