We've been coming here for years and the food is always good, fast service and reasonable prices. Last week I had their red beans and rice . (I assume it was in honor of Fat Tuesday.) It was excellent, well balanced and just the right amount of spice. Their daily soup choices are good as well.

This place was so good! Prices were so reasonable and quality was great. Spent some time here with my boyfriend and was able to read and talk for a while. Lisa the owner is fantastic and makes us feel like family ❤️ Bella Blue salad is above what I thought it would be. And those cookies are HEAVEN SENT! I work just around the corner. I usually brown bag it, but I'm always very excited when I get to have a lunch from Unique Flavors. My favorite is probably the Humpty Dumpty (egg salad sandwich), but you can't go wrong with the Chicken Salad Salad (scoop of chicken salad on greens). It's a family run business; the owner and her daughter are delightful people. I'm so happy to support my neighbors at a local business!

This is my favorite lunch place and I’ve been going for years. It never disappoints. I even drive from Franklin to grab their fresh soups , salads , chicken salad and desserts.The entire staff is so welcoming and simply kind!Love ALL the different sandwiches but especially Trousdale & Steeplechase. Definitely , worth stopping and getting some amazing breakfast or lunch. Don’t forget to grab a fruit tea or baked good , too. Everything is FRESH & DELICIOUS !!

I was so excited to try their food. Especially with the name Unique Flavors Cafe’! However, after opening the bag the smell had me thinking there was some goodness, just waiting for me to try it. To my surprise it was not anything flavorful in the bag. The pimento cheese tasteless! It tasted as if they used mild ched cheese with no salt, pepper or any other spices for that matter. The chicken salad was also watery and not very flavorful to my tastebuds. I’m sorry to have had such a terrible experience. I expected to be able to leave a raving review.
