New management is terrible! Unresponsive and zero customer service! While planning a wedding I had heard through other companies in the industry that they were unreliable but thought i would give them a shot anyway. Big mistake! The new owners were impossible to work with as they simply did not reply to emails. Ultimately, they ended up not honoring our contract (with deposit paid) I STRONGLY discourage planning any sort of event here.
Run! Do NOT book an event/rooms with this place! New management is terrible! They did not honor the contract (with the deposit paid) Ending up canceling our event and have to start planning all over again. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
Our group stayed in the whiskey room. It was more spacious then we expected.The rooftop balcony was private and relaxing. Equipped with two lounge chairs and a small couch.There are no elevators so take that into account if you'll be staying in this room because it is on the 3rd floor.The outside areas were so relaxing and quite. So many places to get some great IG pics!The bar and all was closed so we didn't get to experience that. Maybe next time!Definitely will be...
