Worse customer service in Nashville! I have been waiting over 20 minutes on a cup of coffee while listening to the gentleman complain about the lousy service. And they weren’t even that busy. Except standing around being unorganized. I stopped coming here years ago my mistake was thinking a new manager would make it any different
Terrible service worker was sleeping on the job, I had to knock on the window to wake her up. She got mad we woke her up so she threw our food in the bag and then threw the bag out the window and caught my finger in the window as she slammed it and she went back to sleep
