From the hellos when we walked in to the goodbyes when we left, best waffle house ever. They had a 99 health score, plenty of help that were smiling and just made sure we will drive extra to use this location.

I LOVED this location. I’m a big Waffle House fan to begin with and I just moved to this area. Staff was super friendly, they were very busy but stayed on top of everything. Even offered me a free waffle because the wait was long. Very cool crew! Manager was so sweet. Definitely will be back!

I wish I could rate this location zero stars.
We placed an online order and waited over an hour for what should’ve been a quick pickup. Meanwhile, customers inside were visibly frustrated, with several walking out after waiting far too long for their food. The kitchen was clearly backed up, but instead of apologizing or giving updates, the staff, particularly the older male employee pictured, chose to mock and talk trash about the paying customers who had enough and left. Yes, the staff was making fun of customers in front of other customers.
Unprofessional doesn’t even begin to cover it.
If your kitchen is behind, fine. it happens. But to turn around and start running your mouth about the people who are keeping this place in business? That’s next-level disrespectful. Especially when it was the restaurants fault!!!
Zero communication. Zero accountability. Zero customer service. Do better or just close the doors.
