This Walmart plumbs new depths every time I'm forced to go. What little personnel are scheduled to be there--and there are never enough--are beyond miserable to be working there. There is no one in the floor to help you and the register attendants are the slowest at any retail joint I've ever visited. Today I went to pick up an online order and left empty-handed after waiting for twenty minutes for an employee to show up; they paged five times but no one came. I got sick of waiting and left my item behind.

If having to go to a Walmart isn't bad enough - this one is the absolute worst I've ever scene. Management ought to be ashamed of the condition of this store...interior and exterior. It's convenient proximity to the local university is the only reason I've visited (twice). Otherwise, I'll go out of my way to avoid this one...I strongly suggest you do too.

Shopped for a few items tonight. Made it to checkout only to discover only 3 registers were open and those lines were about 10 people deep. Self checkout had over 25 people waiting. I pushed my cart to the side and walked out with nothing to show for my 45 mins of shopping. I will never go back.

Literally garbage. I don't know enough curse words to describe how angry I am. I was turned away 45 minutes before closing when I had one item to buy and was JUST let off work as a server. The store closes early because the employees don't want to actually wait and do their job the way I have to every single day at mine. When I asked why I couldn't go into the store I was laughed at and turned away. Never shopping at a Walmart again. Thanks.

Hands down, this is the worst Walmart I've ever been to. Absolutely no one ever answers the phone. Not customer service, not the pharmacy, not the bakery, not the money center, and lastly not the 'pick up' department (which is their whole new strategy, right - buy online, pickup at store...but it's impossible to find anyone). I honestly avoid Walmart altogether anywhere now because of this store. I have yet to find anyone helpful in this store. I would highly encourage Walmart to close the doors here and start over. Cannot be worth it when you factor in customer experience and likelihood of repeat customer.

I have been going to this store for years, mostly because of how convenient it was. However, lately when I go there are only a couple cashiers with at least 20 people waiting in line. Today (a Sunday afternoon) I walked in to grab a couple things and the line was so long I turned around and left. I'm posting this from the Kroger parking lot down the street. I'll be shopping here from now on.

Getting out of this place is awful. Usually only one register open. Why there is not a traffic light at the exit is beyond me.

The store managers and the customer service pick up center for the online purchases are the laziest people on earth. I placed an online order that was due to arrive on 2/7 after 6pm. I was eager to pick up my purchase. At 6:35pm on 2/7, I received an email saying the order was delayed and I would be notified when the items was ready for pickup. Today is Saturday 2/10, I called @Walmart 2421 Powell Ave, Nashville, TN 615-383-3844 option 3. The woman that answered and transferred me to customer service pick up center. This person answered with an attitude, I explained the purpose for my call and she placed me on hold and the call bounced back to the the first woman I spoke to. I told her what happened and she said "oh no, you need to speak to a manager" There were three managers onsite and she couldn't get in touch with anyone. Needless to say I cancelled the order and purchased from somewhere else.

Dear Walmart- do you want to know why you're losing millennial customers to Amazon? Here's an example... I need a product today, normally I would order it on amazon and wait a couple days so that I wouldn't have to deal with wasting my time trying to find said product. I call your store to see if you have it in stock before I drive over there. I dial the extension for the electronics department but no one picks up I call back to speak to customer service They transfer me to the electronics department Guess what... No one picks up. Guess I'll just wait a few days for the product from amazon where I know they will get it to me on time and will actually call me if I have a question.

Where to begin. I never go to WalMart but today I will never go back. Tried to return an item and in front of me I saw the customer service staff speak and treat people like I have never seen before. Chasing customers out of the store talking to grown people like they were criminal. Non helpful and threatning like I have never seen. I am still in shock how unprofessional staff is there. I am not sure how to process how I and others were treated. Not sure if it was Racial but unexcusable how customers are approached. Need some retraining. I don't even want to give 1 star.

So i create a walmart.com user account and i search for google chromecast and i purchase a google chrome cast 2 as a Christmas present. I get a confirmation email saying i bought a google chrome cast 2. ScreenShot: A few days later I get an email saying my google chromecast 2 has been delivered to Minnesota... I live in TN... So i call walmart "customer service" and ask why my item was delivered to Minnesota... they said that I apparently bought the item from a 3rd party vendor. I said that's pretty bad that I bought it without even knowing i was buying this from a 3rd party but still needed the item shipped to the address I put in... They let me know that I needed to contact the 3rd party vendor... and he gives me a phone number to call. So I call the 3rd party vendor and get a computer recorded message saying that they cant pickup the phone (got same message 3 times) so I left a voice mail message... I get no call back... Then I actually received a package to my surprise and delight! I open it and i get this... A MiraScreen... All i know is i didn't order a MiraScreen i ordered a google chromecast. So i call walmart back again and explain i got the wrong product. The lady tells me that she will fill out a ticket to have a manager contact me back within 1 - 2 business days and then hangs up on me. I promptly call back and ask to be transferred to a manager and the new lady transfers me right away... I explain to the manager that I ordered a google choromecast... the confirmation email says google chromecast and that's what i would like. She says we need to give the vendor 24 hours to "make it right". I get an email in the middle of the night full of typos saying that they are sorry they shipped to the wrong address and a new one should arrive soon and they provided a tracking code... for the item i already received... I called Walmart back for now the 4th time. I have to fight with the lady to transfer me to a manager... i have to explain all over again to the manager whats going on... i get transferred to an "Escalation Manager". I explain what happened to the escalation manager and he promptly tells me that i got what i ordered... So apparently the item title is "For Google Chromecast 2" which actually means that its not a Google Chromecast 2 but is an imitation that looks just like it. So that I got the item i actually ordered. I explained how misleading that is that Walmart would allow 3rd party vendors to sell products on walmart.com with the title of another product and that I'm sure Google would be happy to hear walmart is selling knock off Google Chrome Casts and calling them Google Chromecast. He said he wanted to call the 3rd party again to ask for a refund. I said go ahead they are in china and aren't going to pickup... which they didn't. So he said he would issue me a refund for the misleading advertising. I told him I didn't want a refund... i wanted the item I ordered... he said he couldn't send me a google chromecast because those cost a few dollars more than the fake item I purchased off their website. So after 4 phone calls 9 transfers over 3 hours working on this I am right back where i started had i never purchased the item from Walmart. Never again... will i be shopping at Walmart.

Wow. That's all that can be said is wow. My wife went here to grab a few things for my daughter's birthday party. It was super busy for the location to where parking was limited and hard to find. My wife had grabbed several things and put them in a pink crate she was also buying instead of the basket and had them in neatly so it would be easier to get them out. The cashier literally took the crate and aggressively dumped the contents onto the conveyor belt in such a way that a bunch of the stuff went flying out onto the floor and my wife had to pick it all up. The cashier was super rude and this kind of behavior is uncalled for. I get you might be having a bad day. No problem. Take a break. Whatever you gotta do, but you do not treat people this way and show such disrespect towards your customer. Definitely will be going out of my way to avoid this walmart

It is Wal-Mart. I don't have high expectations, but can't they at least keep their bathrooms clean? That is pretty basic. I already set the bar low.

Sure the parking lot entrance and exit can be a pain but the locarion is too convenient and I like the smaller scale.
