Milkshakes are always great! Friendly staff! Comfortable environment with plenty of outside space. Tons of combination options for cereal! Great little spot on 12 South!

I visited this place yesterday and found it to be very cute with a great atmosphere. Unfortunately, the staff was unfriendly. They got most of our order wrong or missed items entirely. When we politely requested a correction (to add a cone to our ice cream cup), the person making the ice cream was very rude. Also, we requested a cup of ice on the register, and the person on the register (during work hours) refused and told us that she is off the clock. It is a shame that such a cute place in a great location has unprofessional staff that will turn customers away.
