Biggest issue is the drive through line, just doesn't seem to move with any urgency. I've only sat in line 1 of the 3 times I've visited recently so it's either not being addressed to staff or not cared much about. Reoccurring issue as simple as this one needs attention.
Domnecia was such a patient and knowledgeable cashier she knew all the things we were curious about and helped us make our choices and even sold me those sweet Halloween treat bucks. Drive thru ordered 3 baked potatoes they said “We only have 2”, also no straw for my drink, no napkins, requested hot sauce for my Chili, I got nothing. To top it off some mysterious charge for $3.00, says Key tag??? I mean seriously I just want common sense service and not get ripped off
