I wish there were 10 Stars. I had bought tickets on line to see Shiners. Today I realized I could have given Pam a great birthday surprise with Box seat and a VIP experience for a very affordable amount extra.
I emailed customer service and asked if it was possible if we could get the VIP package with our front row seats. Jason Responded in 2 minutes. He offered to change our seat to box seats and to pick up he tickets at the box office.

awful service, super mean staff. the cast of shiners told everyone to go downstairs for a drink after the show but literally every staff member at the bar was hateful and condescending. as a nashville native i will never recommend this place to folks who are visiting. you can get a $15 vodka soda from a literally anywhere else in nashville.
Attended the Shiners Show. The food we had prior to the show was delicious. The drinks are fairly priced for being in the downtown area. The show was fantastic!!
