“Very poor customer service and everytime we go there here lately the employees have a bad attitude and start slamming things around or just walk off and leave their coworkers to handle rush hour on their own. The food is great and usually fresh but if you ask for your bread to be heated then most likely the edges are going to be burned. The atmosphere is good but I gave it a 4 because the last time I went there was trash all in the floor and the tables didn't look clean.“

“We really drove over an hour just to eat at Long John Silver’s… and honestly, it was worth it 😂

The food was fresh and exactly what we were craving, but the customer service is what made this place stand out. Everyone was friendly and working together like a solid team, which you don’t see a lot anymore.

But Kearra? She deserves her own shoutout. She was our cashier and from the second we walked up, she was kind, patient, and just genuinely pleasant to be around. She made us feel welcome, didn’t rush us, and had such a good attitude the whole time. You can tell she really cares about her job and the people she’s helping.

She’s the kind of employee that makes people want to come back, and honestly, she’s a big reason we will (even if it means another road trip haha)“

“Hats off to these guys, they took care of me when other places did not. I walked down to there place from a hotel at about 920 pm and they had the door locked because the lobby was closed. So I called them to explain I had a semi and could not use the drive thru. They says “ no problem we will let you in “. Unlike long John silvers which locked the door on me as I walked up to it because the lobby closed at 9. I called at 9:01 standing at the door and nope world not let me in or walk thru the drive thru. So Zaxbys thank you for supporting your truckers, to your employees THANKS for being so understanding.“

“had the food ready when I arrived to pick it up. whoever is cooking today did a fabulous job. pizza had plenty of toppings and was perfectly cooked. breadsticks- awesome! cinnamon sticks had the perfect amount of cinnamon. everything was really goof. great job, pizza hut!“

“Stopped to get a classic roast beef to eat on the road.
A short wait at the counter for a lady to take my order. She wasn't friendly at all, not even a smile.
Sandwich came fairly quickly. Lady did not give or ask if I wanted any Arby's sauce. Oh well, sandwich was great!“
