“I made my order I should have got two burgers I only got one called back in and told him I got one set for another 10 minutes finally they come out and not explain to him what it was then go back in 5 minutes later they bring it out 87 cents and change okay I call back and got a manager come out she comes out said they thought I didn't get my changes no more I didn't get my burger this is stupid another 10 minutes later I finally get a burger and they didn't make me pay for it they just give him extra one stupid“

“I'm not usually in Newbern but had time to kill, while my little dog got groomed in town. Ran thru the drive thru for breakfast and got fantastic service from probably the friendliest employees I have had tge pleasure meeting. I'll definitely be going back when I'm in town.“

“Very poor customer service and everytime we go there here lately the employees have a bad attitude and start slamming things around or just walk off and leave their coworkers to handle rush hour on their own. The food is great and usually fresh but if you ask for your bread to be heated then most likely the edges are going to be burned. The atmosphere is good but I gave it a 4 because the last time I went there was trash all in the floor and the tables didn't look clean.“

“We had a brief pit stop at this location in between our trip from MS to St Louis. We came inside to place our order and to use the restrooms. The restrooms were small (2 stalls) but very clean. There was a slight wait for our food but as everyone knows, Chick-fil-A is always busy. Order was delivered to us hot and with a smile. Food was delicious! The staff were very friendly. I would definitely stop back through this location when traveling back home down south!

Parking: There are a sufficient amount of parking spots at the restaurant but it is located in a shopping center, so there is a huge parking lot adjacent to the restaurant also.

“Stopped by 11/06 for a quick chicken/fish combo meal. Staff was friendly, polite and professional. Service was so fast it was almost immediate.

Food served hot, both fish and chicken tender were crisp. Hush puppies had a light flakey crust and warm inside, just about perfectly cooked. Corn was burnt and slaw was mayo-heavy. Sides not so hot but main dishes and service were fantastic.“

“This food here is always good and the staff is usually pretty nice and friendly. I really like their milkshakes. I also like their mozzarella sticks and there chicken tenders. Back when they had the white macaroni and cheese on the menu, liked to get the macaroni and cheese with chicken tenders and a milkshake, which was an amazing combo. The decor is always really nice and I hope they don't change it like McDonald's, which doesn't even have a soda machine anymore.- 2 stars for my last visit. Whoever took my order at the drive through speaker belongs in a factory or a wearhouse job for Walmart or Kroger. I don't know how she was allowed to take my order with that bratty attitude. I wasn't even that slow and she was rushing me while I was asking what my passenger wanted. If you're having a bad day than just don't walk in.“

“Famished, I ordered a number 3 and a small Turtle Truffle Nut because it's new and the chick on the speaker made it sound delicious. Every bit of the food here was perfectly made in the Sonic Fashion. The Ice Cream was especially good. Even the tots were lightly Golden on the outside with a perfect amount of crunch and soft and warm on the inside. Service was faster than expected and this is one of the best kept drive-ins I've seen in a while.“
