McDonald's offers a variety of food, although some customers have reported that the food can sometimes be microwaved. The fries, when fresh, are said to be great. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, with accessible parking, bathrooms, and seating. The staff and management are described as kind, helpful, respectful, and nice. The manager, Jamie, is especially appreciated for her kindness and helpfulness, going above and beyond for customers. Customers have also praised the friendly employees and good service, especially during drive-thru visits. Despite some complaints about fries and nuggets being hard, possibly due to the grease being too hot, the restaurant is kept clean and is considered kid-friendly. There have been some issues with coffee being weak, but overall, the restaurant maintains a welcoming environment for families and travelers alike.
