I’m there pretty much every Wednesday, and she's always friendly, makes sure my food is fresh and made right, and even goes out of her way to bring it out to me. She also seems like a great manager because when things get busy, she doesn’t leave her crew struggling. She jumps right in and helps them out. “4 of our group of 5 got cheese curds as a side with our trays. Starting with the biggest qty order of 6 curds, it gradually got less and les where 1 of us only got 4. Kitchen service 101 says all orders should be the same qty and portion size. My daughter said her grilled chicken sandwich was really overcooked and tasted like fish more than chicken. Otherwise it was a decent meal for the price and amount of food we got utilizing the tray options.“

“For some reason I grew up thinking Arby’s was the worst fast food around without actually trying it. I started going to this Arby’s pretty often because of their app coupons. Their prices are decent but I only go when I have a coupon. The food is good, and I enjoy the menu they offer. I’ve only once ever maybe had some old fries like once. 9/10 times the food is what I expect it to be and it always comes out fast. 100% of the time no matter the day of the week every single staff member is incredibly sweet and considerate. Many fast food places are starting to fill with stuck up rude managers which I’m assuming is because of working conditions. This Arby’s has never made me feel like I’m not a valued customer!! Best fast food place around for its value and I only feel so because of their warm and friendly atmosphere. The building is also pretty clean. I definitely recommend using the app, and I recommend this Arby’s in particular.“

“I went in. I was not greeted. 3 people made eye contact then looked away. I did the order on the touch pad. Eventually someone came to take my money . They didn't couldn't give me change for a 20. My order was 11.59. From the back someone yells at the cashier you know not to take bills we dont have change for. It was 10:45 and they couldn't give me a 5 and a couple of ones. I asked her to just give my 20 back and id go somewhere else. Didn't say a word just handed it back and walked away.“
