There is always a variety of delicious foods from which to choose. The cashiers are welcoming and helpful. The servers and cooks are friendly. The cafeteria is well organized and always clean. I also greatly appreciate kindness that everyone showed to my invalid father when he came. The cafeteria staff gets an A+.
This location is difficult at best for the general public to patronize, as it is located in the local university's food court. It is an "express" type location without a full CFA menu. Most of the time you have to wait on your food. This is not good for students or staff on a time limit. It is really sad that it is closed when the college is closed and during the summer. Service and food quality is not what you'd expect from the Chick-fil-A brand. You won't be greeted like you are at their stores. Employees look like they'd rather be anywhere but there. If the lemonade machine isn't rinsed well, it'll taste like soap.
