For three people it was 45.00 not bad considering we got what we wanted

Food is consistently good. I have been going there for 20 years. Have never had a bad meal.
My only pet peeve is that if you don't pay cash you have to pay an additional 3.5 percent to use a card.

Great food got the buffet food was fresh we were in and out which was very convenient staff was wonderful and we wont forget what you did for your community during helene you guys rock

I have no idea how anyone could eat here. The food isn't good and ridiculously overpriced. I would rather put ketchup on bread and eat that. The staff are lazy and rude. And the owner is smug. You want to save money? Microwave a pizza and leave it out for a few hours for the Milanos experience.

im not really sure where all the good reviews are coming from. maybe im the one with bad taste. The food was not hot, barely warm. Some of it you couldn't even chew it was so hard and the catfish tasted like white fish. The only thing i enjoyed was the sweet tea, it was good. I normally dont complain but i did as i threw up 3x while still at the establishment. i asked to not have to pay for something that my friend at like 2 bites of and that i threw up cause it was awful. i hate complaining and posting reviews but to deny a refund to someone literally throwing their guts up in your bathroom is absurd. ive been sick the whole day since i left there. will not be back

All the food on the bar was barely warm! Most everything we tried was hard and couldn’t chew. The lady manager was very rude and snobby!! Would never recommend!!

Absolutely wonderful! The "terrible" pizza is simply exquisite and amazing service. Dakota greeted my hubby and I at the door and made us feel welcomed. The owner is an absolute treasure to the Cocke County community and we will most definitely be back. Thank you to all!

Not only is this THE BEST pizza in all of Newport (I always get an XL cheese pizza), but it may very well be the best pizza I’ve ever had in my life. The sauce is perfect and they add rosemary to it which is so wonderful with just cheese. It’s a HUGE pizza and they load up the cheese and the crust/ bread is always so soft and plushy and fresh-tasting. Dakota always makes us smile when we take our order out and the ladies who answer the phones are always so polite and friendly. I HIGHLY recommend this place and getting XL cheese pizza. I would give 100 stars if I could but I can only give 5 so that’ll have to do. :)
