“I ordered chicken fried rice (which was delicious) but I got a good-sized bone in one bite. I called it to our server’s attention and showed her and her response was “I’m sorry. That’s scary.” No, dear. That’s not the correct response. In many cases part of the meal is comped for a kitchen error. That didn’t happen.“

“I've drove by many times by and i never see it open, up until now. Perhaps I've been in many places here in Nashville to express my humble opinion but I must say, this is the best and authentic Japanese place I've eaten! “My wife and I came for the sushi and stayed for the warm, inviting atmosphere and friendly staff. It was a quiet afternoon, and we were the only customers, so one of the chefs kept introducing us to his favorite kinds of sushi and letting us try them on the house. All the staff spoke Japanese to each other, which was super cool. I haven't studied Japanese in years, but living near Bodeli may be enough to make me want to dust off my kanji books and see if I can stammer through a conversation with them.“

“I order delivery from here all the time - it’s my favorite Chinese restaurant I’ve had here in Nashville. Most restaurants in TN don’t add much flavor to their meals, but thankfully this place doesn’t hold back! My two favorite items are the Hot and Sour Soup and the Chongqing Hot Pepper Chicken, but everything I’ve tried has been super flavorful. I’m going to remain a repeat customer.“
