“What an incredible place. Everything is made by hand or made fresh! The fried fish and shrimp is lightly battered so it’s not greasy and very palatable. The slaw is made in house as well as fresh greens are cut prepared daily. The banana pudding is out of this world.Maddie was an amazing server. Did an excellent job explaining our questions about the menu when you stop by ask for Maddie.“

“I would recommend Gondolier to everyone. We had another restaurant who refused to allow us to have our baby shower. I called Gondolier 2 days prior to our planned date and they were extremely accomodating. The serving staff was so so helpful, patient and kind. The food was wonderful. We didn't realize until we got up to leave that we had stayed 30 minutes past their closing time, but they patiently waited until we departed without saying anything about us needing to leave. We had a wonderful time and will certainly go again and again. Thank you so much!“

“I work here atm lol come down and see me I work 2nds and some thirds and I'll make sure the service is great!! I recommend any hrs to go tho because all the cooks we have are amazing and the food comes out amazing whether I work here or not I'll always Come and eat at the halls location!!! I highly recommend servers Jenn H, sam H, and pineapple and a few others on third shift!! All the ladies on first shift are amazing!!“
“My husband and I have always loved your food! I get the Chicken Hibachi Dinner & my husband gets the Steak & Chicken Hibachi. Great portion sizes & highly satisfying meals! Tonight, my Dad got to try it for the first time from The Winery at Seven Springs Farm in Maynardville where your truck was. He said, "Give them recognition! This is phenomenal! “my wife and i had lunch at this location on friday may 30 2025 and the service was horrible and my food was cold , we never received re-fills on our drinks, my wife was halfway finished with her salad before we received napkins ,i could not wait to get out their ,i will never ever go to this location again,at rocky top .our waitress and the food was terrible“

“The staff was all very friendly, greetings as I walked in from almost everyone and the food was PERFECT...and Im VERY particular about my bacon, preferring it made medium. I've been given hard times at other places about my order. I've been given rolled eyes, been talked about(as if they weren't 5 ft from me), and almost made to feel bad about my preference. They treated me with kindness and respect and made sure to check on me multiple times. All around, VERY good people here!“

“I’ve been going to Tokyo & Mandarin since I was about 5 years old . I’m now 16. This is definitely a very calm environment and I love that. The service and food is always amazing! My sister and I go often. They’ve never disappointed. I wish they still had hibachi on Sunday but I understand understaffing. The family that runs it is always so polite and hospitable. The waitress that is there every single day is the sweetest woman and amazing at her job! 100/10 recommend.“

“The food is really bad. No choices on the buffet. To much pizza sauce and not enough cheese. Not coming back here to eat. Plus no service at all in the gaming room. Couldn't even purchase a game card. I do not recommend this place.“

“Not sure what the negative reviews are for here, but I tried this place on DoorDash. IT WAS SOOO GOOD. I ordered multiple different rolls, as I wanted to spoil myself. I also ordered crab ragoons. I do wish they gave you yum yum sauce on the side. It really would have complimented everything. I would 100% order here again.“
