We had to wait extra minute they got slammed about time we got there! Food was amazing order was complete plus gave us extra because of minor wait! Awesome fast food barbecue! Heck it's has good as most barbecue pro shops lol. Great employees they were busy!
First, please close your back doors during operating hours. Not only a security risk but let's in rodents, flys and other pests. As evidenced by what I saw today at lunch. Flies, gnats around the counter when I was ordering. Second, obvious problems with order execution. People waiting for long time, one got mad and took his to go cause it took so long. Took 10 minutes to get out two sandwiches. Yall need some help and organization.
Service has much improved since the last time I went here. Very pleased with the over-all experience. Solid food, helpful staff, professional and clean, would visit again any time.
