My family ordered the egg rolls, salmon salad, and i ordered the nashville hot chicken sandwich. Everything was amazing. Very glad we stopped here

Holy cow. Do the rosemary fries if you like to taste the potato and not salt. I had the Hungarian sausage and kraut with fried okra. Very pleased with the service and the food. Do your taste buds a favor,
pull-up and go in.

I'll never understand the high rating at these establishments. Serving fries and chicken strips from a frozen bag. Requested med-well burger, was over well-done. Then cold fries too. At least pass the tap water through a Brita filter to remove the nasty taste. Everything was bland, greasy or over salted. Too bad. Good atmosphere and great service. Just really bad food. Not entirely there fault I guess, I knew by previous reviews and food photos. It had a 95%+ chance of being this way.

Great food! The outside seems a little dark when you pull up at night. They do a seat your self which can be nice but the dining room is setup awkward with three separate areas so it’s awkward. The service was good.

My favorite local place! Best burgers And if you want your chicken to taste like chicken then you should definitely eat here! Best everything! Be sure to ask about the soup of the day.

Food is consistent and outstanding. My friend says the gentleman at the front isn’t so bad either. She will be back.

This place looks like it should be lit on fire from the outside but the inside is amazing! Definitely one of the coolest restaurants in oak ridge. Elk burger was amazing.

The food, the portion, and the prices were wonderful. Everything was great till check out. The lady swiped my card and it went through on my account, but on their end, it didn’t print it off. She was complaining about how she didn’t want to have to pay in, because of the unprinted receipt, which is understandable. They keep swiping my card, and at this point, I’m annoyed and nervous, because I don’t want it to overcharge me the 10 different times they kept swiping (They were also trying to make me pay again after showing it on my account).
Whatever gentlemen who came to help the first time were super sweet trying to get it all figured out. The guy from the bar comes over to help and is just plain rude. Raising his voice, talking about it didn’t go through while shaking his head walking away. I told him the way he was talking was rude and not appropriate. He continued to be rude, and I used my voice back. There’s no way I just spent $50 to be spoken to so rudely, when I also work in the food industry. He continues to raise his voice at me and proceeds to gesture with his hand, as he’s talking a little too close to my face, pretty much saying he doesn’t want to hear what I have to say anymore. Saying- “He’s so rude, but trying to help.” Helping someone doesn’t require you to run your mouth at your job and be angry because of a mess-up on your end. There is a lot that the older guy said that no person should have to deal with in general. There’s no management there, apparently, is what our waitress said. I think the store could run better and should ensure that employees know how to be friendly, as well as how to handle incidents properly without showing or acting out of frustration. I could have not spoke, but after so many times of hearing the rudeness I’m not going to stay quite.

The food and service were excellent. Actually, some of the best French Fries I have had at a Bar & Grill, and the portion was magnificent. Why do some restaurants skimp on the fries? It should be a loss leader, I am going back for the fries and burger soon
