“While the dining room was full, we enjoyed our delicious lunch in such a delightfully pleasant atmosphere!I highly recommend the chicken soup & salad. My daughter's favorite is the chicken salad with bacon.

“The chicken is good but the prices are ridiculous. I'm also not impressed they removed their cole slaw from the menu. I know it was a few years ago but I'm still not over it. LolAlso, I was informed recently you cannot ask for special requests. I can't eat a lot of salt and I asked for salt-free fries. I was told that was no longer an option. I've never encountered that at any fast restaurant ever so that definitely lowers the customer service rating.“

“I went in after 8pm . There was an older woman on the drive thru. She must of been tired. She was irritated and acted like everything was annoying her. There was a younger lady who seemed to have more experience. She filled my box and was super sweet and said thank you have a good night. I checked my food box and it was wrong. I stayed polite, kept smiling . The older woman was just unhappy and her body language and noises she made let me know she didn't care for me or my order, that was wrong. The young girl was called over. She corrected the problem. Again was so polite said sorry, thank you, come back. Then walked away. As I'm waiting on my order to be handed to me. She didn't even look at me. At all. Grabbed the bag and held it out the window. I couldn't reach it. I had to say ,I can't reach it. She looked at me then and lowered the bag. Then egnored me completely. I said thank you. Have a good night. Crickets. Honestly most things like that don't bother me. It would be better if that older lady wasn't on the window. I wouldn't go back there if I see her. However, I would if there were other employees.My order was simple, 2 piece chicken only, original, no wing sub leg. As I've ordered everywhere for years.“

“This location is probably the worst one in town. My egg white grill muffin was completely burnt this morning and my fruit cup was about 1/3 of the way full. Just pitiful and pathetic given the amount of money I spend there. I normally go to the one at West Town (always perfect) but I was running behind and this one is closer to my daycare. Save your money and pick a different location.“
