Americanized menu. It was nothing like authentic Cuban food I've experienced in Miami, or even across the Caribbean. I understand they need to make it appeal to Tennesseans, but it should be called Cuban-American, not authentic Cuban.

I was looking forward to trying this food truck sometime but found that they had registered the business on Public Square. I can't in good conscience spend my money with a business that links "family values" and "God-given liberty" with the MAGA movement.
