Despite my specific instructions, 5 times might I add checking to make sure he got it correctly. they gave me a regular bacon turkey bravo with tomato bread, which made me very mad. I also did not receive the chips and drink I paid for. And he also did not give me a receipt It's litterly White bread, Turkey, and you can throw some mayo packets at me I don't even care if it the country white bread I even went in and ask if they could change it they refused because it was dinner time even tho I said I don't mind waiting I already waiting an hour The only item worth buying on their menu anymore is the bagels the reason I cared so much is because I have alergys to certain foods so it wasn't like I could just take it and eat it So, i will not be going back after today“

“I ate here alone on a work trip, sat in a booth and did some work while eating. The food was phenomenal. The place is owned and operated by a family who work very hard to fill a large number of takeout orders and serve the patrons in the dining room. I see that others on Google reviews have complained about poor service, but I was taken care of efficiently and left to enjoy my meal which I appreciate. It was exactly what I was looking for: quiet, authentic, delicious.“

“We decided to grab food here last minute. We were seated right way, brought drinks and a salad. The bread took a little longer but not that much longer. And the place was very busy. So that was understandable. Our waiter was so great. Such a great personality, checked on us regularly, and was very personable! I believe his name was Joseph, (I hope that was correct). We sat to the right when you walk in to the area with center tables on the bar side booth at the back. I hope that made sense ha! I just want the waiter to get the credit he deserves! He deserves a raise! And our food came out quickly as well. I got the shrimp and chicken carbonara and my husband got the Calabrian Steak & Shrimp Bucatini both were so great!“
