Since Panera discontinued the Italian sandwich, I have been ordering the same thing for 10 years: a deli turkey sandwich with only deli turkey, fresh mozzarella, and mayo. However, they recently discontinued that sandwich too. I asked if they could ring it up as a turkey bravo or the new Italian and substitute ciabatta for the tomato bread. Shout out to mgr. Mark at Panera in Oak Ridge. I had a problem with an online order. A coupon code I used wasn’t applied to the total. He took it off my meal tonight no questions asked. Delicious steak & arugula sandwich and Greek salad.
