This is the Worst Wendy's restaurant I've ever visited, along with being the worst restaurant by far, in Oakland. Always poor quality food, and it's clear there is NO managing leader at this store. Sometimes workers are polite to customers that's the best I can say. It should be sold or shut down, no pride by ownership or employees.

The Wendy’s commercial looked real good so I went to the local restaurant. Went to pay at the window. Instead of getting the food at the advertised price it was $10 more. The price was suppose to be $1 and $2 + 1 med fry. The fries were not the same as advertised, I’ll not go back.

I ate a double cheeseburger and Fry's, the burger was cold I ate it I was hungry 2 hours later my stomach was sick ? and it took me 15 minutes on side of road to throw it all up ! Never again will I eat Wendy's!

Visited on 1/20/24. My order was incorrect. Ordered single hamburger ketchup and pickle only. Received a cheeseburger that had so much ketchup that the meat would not stay between the buns.

This Wendy's is awful! The last 3 times I have gone to Oakland Wendy's I've been turned away saying their systems are down and can't take orders. Tonight I ordered but, after getting to the window, was told they are out of fries. They offered chicken nuggets instead and then said they only had spicy available. I have no idea how this place is still open. If you try to order, be prepared to have to go somewhere else.

I will not go there again, if I am starving!!Really bad service and food... We ordered breakfast, we didn't get half of our order, and then they came out and told us that breakfast was over and we would have to order something else, even after I had paid for the order, I refused to order something else, so I finally got the eggs that were missing, and it took them an hour to get the Bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit by that time everything was cold and was not worth eating, so most of all our order went in the trash... The biscuit crumbled all to pieces when we picked it up!!!WORST PLACE EVER ... OAKLAND TN
