I really like Wendy's Chilli. A lot of times if I wait until I get to Memphis they will have sold out. But my hats off to Sade at the second window, even the gentleman who took my payment at the 1st window. I just liked the care and customer service I received today. The Chilli was a generous amount. I needed help with ordering on my app, and the manager was able to show me how to use the rewards for order. A young lady employee was several steps ahead of me going in, but she opened the door, greeted me and held the door for me to go in. Another lady working the drive thru made sure the manager came to help me with the app order process. My baked potato was done very well, which has been a problem at several other Wendy's stores. Terrible service. The lady at the window was short and acted like I was wasting her time. No receipt, when I get home I realized the gave me a single instead of the double inwas charged for. This is not the first time there's been issues at this Wendy's.
