“I just finished a very enjoyable meal at Rack and Tap Bar and Grill in Old Hickory, Tennessee. It was a nice quiet time I had enjoying my afternoon. I ordered the chicken swarma (sp) and it was totally delicious. They also have lamb and combination portions. Served over a bed of yellow rice, so good. Tbe quantity is fantastic and I am taking most of it home to get at least one more meal out of it. The place is very clean, offers pool tables, darts and plenty of table space for groups. Next time visiting the kids again, I will .make it a point to stop on by again. Enjoy!“

“If we a A Lost Paddy in our area I would go there. This was a fun place to eat. Vanessa was helpful with our orders, and quite a charactern So friendly. She floated when she walked. So good at her job. Yes, you order from the bar. Who cares? Tuesday night we had entertainment. They were good. They said there would be entertainment thd next night also, though we didn't see any. We may have been early. The food wss great. Huge portions of tasty, fresh food.“

“Several weeks back we stopped into Roadside to taste their wings. I would be hosting a large event and was told their wings were the best in our area. Absolutely the best! We taste tested several other places and by far Roadside had the best! Wilton, the GM met with us and took us through the whole process of why they have the best wings. Wilton coordinated and executed everything that we discussed for the event perfectly!!Shout out to the cook, Fred! If you haven’t tried their wings before, you need to get down there and have some! You will not be disappointed.

“Just came here to say, we popped in here last night to grab dinner and my husband ordered the lasagna.... I'm beyond picky on my Italian and especially lasagna, and please dont tell my straight off the boat Italian family but this was quite literally the best lasagna I've ever had, in my entire life.... I'm fully aware I'll never find one that compares and I'm half tempted to make him take me back again tonight. yall absolutely nailed it, from the sauce to the ratio of cheese and thin pasta noodles, it was ansolute perfection. “We had a large group come in for a family reunion the next day and needed somewhere to eat dinner the night before. They seated us outside on their large deck. Brooklyn was the sweetest server I’ve ever seen! She waited on us with patience and professionalism, which must have been a challenge, considering everyone was more interested in socializing and moving around. She got all of our separate checks tallied correctly and handed out little cards with inspirational verses on them. Those were the biggest hit of all! BTW - the food was delicious!😋“

“One of the better live music venues and bars in the Broadway area. Most bars can't balance the sound well, this one was loud but thankfully without the shrill that most others have due to poor sound balancing. The dueling pianos in the basement are a nice hidden touch. Drinks are 20% more expensive here than the other bars.“

“We stopped into The Lucky Bastard after hearing the live band from the sidewalk and decided to go in for a cold drink and a quick bite. It ended up being one of the highlights of our few days in Nashville.

The house band was an incredibly talented group of hardworking musicians who put on a fantastic show. Even when they took a well-deserved break, another performer stepped in with an acoustic set, so the entertainment never stopped.

From the moment we walked in, we felt welcome. The bouncer greeted us with a smile, and our waiter was attentive throughout our visit, making sure our ice water stayed full in the 100-degree heat.

What surprised us most was the food. With such a prime location and a constant stream of tourists on Broadway, it would be easy to serve mediocre food and still stay busy. Instead, they exceeded our expectations. We ordered two menu items, and my husband's chicken and waffles was THE best thing we ate during our entire trip to Nashville.

This was a spontaneous stop (and we can't wait to go back) that quickly became our favorite experience on Broadway. If you're looking for great live music, friendly service, and outstanding food, Lucky Bastard is a must-visit. You won't be disappointed!“

Our loaded fries were limp rather than crispy, and the quality of the crispy chicken sandwich could have been better. But overall, a pleasant experience.

“As a day one Preds season ticket holder, Broadway Brewhouse has been my pregame meal spot for as long as I can remember ... decades. Very convenient and great selection of beers. However, tonight I was hit with the terrible news that the meal I order every visit, Pasta de Louisiane, has been axed from the menu. Now you've become just another bar and grill with nothing special on the menu 😞 Plastic cups, paper plates ... the Brewhouse just isn't the same. I'm sure I'll pop in periodically; but heading downtown early for my favorite meal before the Preds hit the ice is now a thing of the past. I realize that things change; but change sucks.“

“This was our first time at Bar Louie. Nice bar. Lots of seating. Had a nice atmosphere tonight. Unfortunately the hostess was unfriendly, she sat us at a booth that wasn’t wiped down which she should have noticed. She was more interested in her cell phone than doing a good job. Lazy young lady. There was a single woman bartender tonight, she was really slow in making our drinks. We received our dinner before our drinks were brought to our table. It wasn’t that busy. When my husband asked her where the restrooms were, she said as she shrugged her shoulders as to point to her right, there over there, keep walking. Rude with an attitude. The salad that was brought out with our dinner was wilted like it had been sitting in a refrigerator for hours. Our waiter was very nice, but he should have noticed this and ask the cook to make a new one. He did bring it to the kitchen manager and she delivered a freshly made salad to our table. On a good note, The chicken entree with a mushroom sauce and fresh vegetables was very delicious. Overall we like the place. Give it a try. Drinks were good, food was delicious.“

“They get a star off only because I hate their bar top chairs. I will say they are over sized and very heavy, there is zero chance of someone leaning back in them and falling over but there is also zero space between which makes getting in and out of them difficult. Fingers getting pinched between is a thing too.
I stop in for lunch once in a while amd every so often after work. Food is generally spot on per the menu descriptions. Eat-in or carry-out.“
