This is my second time getting takeout and yet again was not dissapointed one bit. Ruth's food is AMAZING. ? ? ? I'm a tough critic but when I say the quality, freshness, portions, taste, price and overall presentation of food is top notch, I mean it. Ruth has moved to the top of my list in favorite local places to eat! You MUST try the Garlic Fried Rice, the Chicken Menudo, the Maki and Shibuki Roll! Don't forget the Lumpia! I'm an Asian, craving some Asian food, and I heard about this place from the locals, so I had to try it. Went there twice in a row. I enjoyed the fried fish with vinegar sauce and garlic rice. Fell in love with the chicken soup. Beautiful presentations. Authentic flavors. Wonderful service from Ruth and staff. Cute, little restaurant. I absolutely love this place. I'm definitely coming back here again.

As one of the very few Asian restaurants around town, it offered a menu of traditional Filipino food and, surprisingly, sushi!
