I live 1.7 miles away and it took almost 2 hours to get an order of 1 large pizza and some bread delivered. Also left clear notes on how to find my house and the driver had to call because he hadn’t looked at them yet? Food was also lukewarm at best, cold on the edges

After leaving work at 7:30 I tried to call and order a Domino pizza. When the phone was answered he mumbled something then put me on hold. After holding for over 5 minutes I thought maybe he didn’t put me on hold so I call back. Hold again. By that time I was almost at their store so I tried to call one more time and was told in the same mumbling voice he could not get to me and to stop calling. I took myself inside to see how busy they were and to ask who told me not to call again. Of course no one owned up to being the one. If these calls are being recorded as it stated they are why has someone from the franchise or the owner not address this rudeness!!!!! If not for the customer you would not have a business and they would not have a job!!

Ordered a stuffed crust Hawaiian pizza (ham and pineapple). When i got home, i realized the place charged me for extra toppings on a pizza i didn't order. Total scam.
I always get the Pacific Veggie with the hand-tossed crust, and it's perfect every time.

Order pizzas for dinner and waited 2 hours!. When I called they told me that the pizzas were coming out of the oven fresh. When the delivery guy came he knocked and left in a hurry! To my surprise the pizzas were completely cold which a lot of people would agree is disgusting. Highly recommended that you do not order here if you do PICK UP ONLY!

Ordered at 7 food was finished at 720. 8:10 we called to canceled after seeing food was still at the store. 9:05 driver shows up with food. You should feel awful for sending a driver with a canceled order . Driver was polite. Store needs better communication.
