I was a frequent customer until today. I received the wrong order, called the store, spoke w Blake who exhibited very poor customer service. We asked to get the correct order, or a refund, and he refused both. He informed me at least 3 times that I was on a recorded line and he had done nothing wrong.
All we wanted was the correct order. So I won’t be ordering from Dominoes in Apison anymore, which is sad.

I only gave them 1 star because I couldn't give them zero stars.. the staff at the Dominos on Dayton Blvd. is the rudest I've ever dealt with.. the person on the phone, after I asked about a price discrepancy between the online price and the store price, called me a "difficult customer," and asked me if we were, "going to place this order or end this conversation?" I consider myself a huge pizza snob, and there was a point in life that the thought of ordering dominos over a competeter was absolutely not going to happen.
BUT I have to say in the past two years (at least that I've seen) I have tasted and observed an amazing change. Dominos is my ABSOLUTE goto when ordering pizza these days. The pan buffalo chicken is our favorite, with a plain extra cheese pan being our second favorite. Not to mention their speedy delivery in our area!...read full review
