“I had stopped trying to order on Marcos.com because it never would work. Lo and behold tonight I tried again and it is now one of the best online food ordering venues I have encountered. I even called the store and gave them my compliments. By the way, just don’t even try ordering Chicken Salad Chick. My last order went to someone else’s house. They even sent me a picture!“

“We eat here often, mostly order Togo since having a mobile toddler and it’s always been spot on, from the timing to the quality. Today for the first time in about four years of eating here, things were not absolutely perfect. One time in four years. This evening I called in our usual to go order and was given a pick up time. I arrived right on time which is not usual for me. I’m usually a little bit early and have to wait a few minutes which I don’t mind to do. When I arrived, and I gave them the name for the order, they didn’t have it multiple people I’m not sure where the miscommunication between the person I left my order with the phone and the kitchen was and it’s not that big of a deal Everyone was super apologetic. The manager came and talked to me immediately took my order and rushed through the kitchen for it to come out in a prompt amount of time and flawless. I’m only telling you that we had a miscommunication experience to remind everyone that these people are human too and mistakes happen but one time in four years is still stellar odds and when it’s handled with Grace from all sides, everyone still leaves happy. it wasn’t the managers fault that there was miscommunication. It wasn’t the kitchen’s fault that they didn’t receive the order and this is a learning experience for the person who took my order to make sure that they don’t allow distractions for a table that’s not necessarily in front of them. I’m pleased to say that the issue was made right very quickly and the amount of time that it took them to make my order and get it to me less than the original time quoted to me when I placed the first order This is a wonderful establishment and a lovely atmosphere and we will continue to go regardless of a one off experience One bumpy encounter does not erase countless opportunities for fantastic service“

“I moved here 2 years ago and this was the first place I stop for dinner and since the first day they treated me like a local. The bartender asked me : You are not from here don’t you? And I said, No, I just moved with my family, and from there she started suggesting what to get from the menu, put me up to date with the area, and not only she introduced me to some of their regular customers she even recommended other restaurants, schools and even a good church. The staff has always been nice, but yes sometimes they are a little busy, what is understandable. Coming from FL I had to wait at least 45 min minimum just to get a table. In some occasions the owner has stopped by my table to say hi and to ask about how the service was going and once he even give me and my cousin to try for free the loaded nachos before they put them in the menu. In my opinion, not only the food has been great, (and I have tried most of the menu), but the staff has been extremely helpful and nice taking in consideration that I was new in the area. So for me this has been a great place so far, service is great, food is good and they try to at least make a personal connection with you which most of the places don’t even care. NYPD is a great place and Im happy we have it here in town.“

All she asked was to have it remade and they wouldn't remake it plus told her that it would be an extra charge with no refund. This was very unprofessional. We will not support this restaurant any longer.“
