“Pizza on the bar is sometimes dried out, but they do offer to make anything you ask for, so that pretty much cancels out. Just watch for it to come out on the bar or it might be gone before you get to it! Lol! Fun place for a cold or rainy day to hang out with friends for lunch. The price is a little high for lunch as we spend over $30 for one adult and 2 kids. (One child is adult price) for the buffet not including the money we spent on games. But as an every once in a while thing it's good!Kid-friendliness: Fun for the kids too choose what they want to eat and then play in the arcade. But you have to spend quite a bit of money to get prizes more than tootsie rolls or candy. All in, if you go with a limit in mind, the kids still have a great time! Especially good for cold or rainy days when you can't be outside.“
“I really enjoy the pizza here. Every time my family wants pizza we go here. The employees are very helpful and polite. The service I will wow you. The place is very clean and neat. Pizza on the bar is always fresh. Very good work guys. ?Parking: The parking lot is just a bit small, but considering the price of what it would cost to do that you just kinda have to deal with it. It still works.Kid-friendliness: For the children they have a game room with video games. For the younger children they have a play room.“
“Good experience. Came in and sat right down. Good service. The food was good. However, it just needs a little more flavors. I like more garlic in my pasta sauce and this was kind of bland in that taste. But I would come back again. Pretty fair prices for the portion size. I would just expand the tomato sauce for more flavor or offer a spicy offering ?. Good for kids and the kids enjoy coloring on the table white butcher paper. The Lobster bisque is the best food I personally tried.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly and they provided crayons for kids to color on the white butcher paper table cloth.“
“Ellijay Wood Fire Pizza was my favorite place to eat during a recent visit to Ellijay, Georgia. We loved it so much we went twice for dinner. It is a cute little restaurant across from Ellijay's Square. I loved the cozy local vibe and excellent hospitality. Let's talk about the menu. We ordered Gilmer County's Best Meatball Parma for an appetizer, which was delicious. The cheese and sauce were the perfect complement. The marinara sauce wasn't too sweet or acidic. For the pizzas, we tried the El Greco (anchovy, caper, kalamata, olives, crushed tomato, onion, mozzarella, provolone) and the make your own, which in the menu is listed as New York Style Cheese and added different toppings. The crust and the sauce were the stars of the night; as mentioned before, the marinara wasn't too sweet or acidic. If you are in the area, I highly recommend eating at Ellijay Wood Fire Pizza. The place is small, so there may be a wait during peak hours. Also, it can get warm indoors, due to the wood fire oven.“
