Sunday afternoon, 2~3 hrs study session — learning went smoothly today. For me, the main (pinnacle) criterion in cafes are personnel. They were nice. After asking about WIFI, two employees politely responded “apologies — we’ve got none”. Also, nobody insisted on “buying anything to stay in for a while. Picked up an online order for 2 children and 2 adults on 5/2/25. Each sandwich was customized. It was ready when I arrived, and the staff was friendly. The sandwiches were made perfectly to order. Best online take out experience I have had in Ooltewah in quite a while!
