I visited a couple of days ago and was relatively pleased with everything overall! The food was budget friendly and pretty good. I will say that I arrived during down time, and the lobby could’ve used some work. I was also given the wrong order, but they were quick and courteous to handle it. They even let me keep the item I was given accidentally. I hadn’t been to a KFC in years, and after this experience it’s more likely I’ll return!

Tonight was the second time in a week I’ve stopped by for bucket of chicken and they didn’t have any ready and was told it would take 15 to 20 minutes. This was right at dinner time. Unacceptable not to have food ready when it’s dinner time.

I recently visited this location and was impressed with the quality of the food. The hot dishes were flavorful and cooked perfectly, and the biscuits were a standout—soft, fresh, and just the right level of buttery goodness. It’s clear that the kitchen has the potential to deliver an excellent meal.
However, there were some issues that detracted from the experience. The kitchen area seemed to have too much flour caked on various surfaces, which gave the impression that cleanliness might not be a top priority. While the food tasted great, seeing this made me a bit concerned about overall hygiene.
Additionally, the staff seemed distracted and preoccupied. They weren’t rude, but they didn’t appear to be fully engaged with customers. I had to wait a little longer than expected to get assistance, and the interactions felt rushed. A bit more attentiveness would have gone a long way in making the visit feel more welcoming.
Overall, the food was fantastic, but the kitchen’s cleanliness and the staff’s focus could use some attention. With a few adjustments, this location could easily offer an outstanding dining experience that matches the quality of its food.

I know there are a lot of bad reviews on here but I come here all the time and I've only had a problem once when they shorted me one piece of chicken. The lady in the drive thru is always super nice to me and the food has always been good.

They're serving raw food, they acknowledge they're serving undercooked/raw food, and their answer is "they don't know why it keeps happening, the cooker is supposed to be automatic"
The bucket of chicken I ordered from them, the skin was slimey and gooey. I took it back and was told they're not allowed to replace it. I asked for a manger, AND THEY BROUGHT BE BACK A MANAGER THROUGH FACETIME ON SOMEONES CELLPHONE, because there wasn't a manager in the store!!! Only the 16 and 17yr old kids taking orders. This place is a disaster. The manager runs it over the phone so they don't have to be there, and the result is raw food. Hence why they're review is so low on Google.
If you wanna get I'll from undercooked chicken, THIS IS DEFINITELY the place to eat.
Still waiting for a refund and a manager to call me back. Clearly im not getting either one. I left the food on their counter, they can keep it.

I went in there. I told the girl I wanted the eight piece. She actually gave me combo number eight and they gave me something else that it was in mind. Then she told me to learn how to read the menu and I told her because I could not understand anything what she was saying she had a very very strong accent where I couldn’t make up what she was saying at all plus she was very rude to me telling me that I need to check what I’m reading instead of her checking what I’m telling her on my order I have never ever had a problem, but she made it very unpleasant and was very unfriendly with me. I think her name is Wanda is what the receipt says 2048. She did not want to give me her name but the receipt says cashier Wanda so I am assuming that is her name. I want her manager to know that she was really rude and my order was wrong.
Tonight was the third time we came through the drive thru more than 30 minutes before closing and we could not get the food we ordered. We placed the order and we’re told to pull around. When we got to the window we were informed that we could not receive our entire meal because “the fryer is off”. This is the same excuse we’ve been given several times. If your establishment sells mostly fried food and you do not close until 10pm, why is the fryer off a little after 9? Very disappointed in how quickly this location has gone downhill. It was a convenient place to get food at for a while but that changed. Serve fresh food! Keep your fryer on until right before closing! Train your staff!
The chicken is so tiny now. The portions have really shrunk. Not worth it. The employees were nice.

She kept interrupting me while I was giving it to her then she hung up on me. I tried calling back to leave my # and she kept hanging upon me as soon as the phone rang.
