My husband fell in grease on the floor. As we walked in we went to the bathroom first and I almost fell which scared me because I am pregnant.there was a huge puddle of water or something in front of the bathroom door. We ordered from the cashier. We sat down and he got our tray when they called for us and when he stepped on the rug in front of the drinks he fell down. Today when I went to this wendys to make a order I had some coupons that the owner of that store sent me from a incident that had happened before this visit. anyways, I used one of my coupons for my daughter her meal, then made my second order which was for a free combo. The lady had a issue with putting in the coupon card so she called for the manager (I think his name is john) She showed him the coupon and he had said WHERE DID YOU GET THIS! Went there today, and not the first time this has happened. But I asked for no garden and explained no lettuce, tomato pickle or onion and it’s almost like they went out of their way to put the stuff on the burger! I don’t know if they’re just incompetent or what but this has happened so many times! I have worked at this specific store and it does not take a rocket scientist to make a cheeseburger!!
