“I frequently stop here when I’m visiting family from out of town. I will say this Dunkin is definitely next level compared to the bigger town we come from, where there are three and they constantly get things wrong or have poor attitudes. Every time we go to this one in Paris, we normally are helped by Lindsay. She is extremely personable, makes the drinks with love and always gets the orders correctly and promptly. I will admit that this morning I was a bit disappointed. I’m not sure if the employee was new but she couldn’t remember what donuts we ordered, there were four total. She asked three times as we waited at the drive thru window. Then unfortunately when we got home, one was wrong. The big thing was when I asked her about a drink, don’t think she knew I could see her roll her eyes and sigh before she responded. She also didn’t know what the drink was, but Lindsay was responsive and helped her. I was the only car in drive thru and I wasn’t rushing or rude so the other employees attitude was very off putting.“
