Ordered pizza for pickup, it was not ready when they said it would be. The manager kept apologizing to me for the wait. They were slammed with orders and working very short staffed. Everyone was polite and working hard to get the orders out. My food was hot fresh and 100% accurate.
I gave 3 stars because our Pizza Hut is hit or miss. It's either really good or really bad. That's regarding the entire experience. That being said, they're usually really good more often than not.

Easily ordered online. The food was ready when it said it would be. The temperature of the pizza was perfect, the toppings were plentiful & it tasted great. The only thing I am disappointed with is you now have to pay for the little packets of parmesan cheese.
