Great experience here today. Food was delivered to my table quickly and freshly prepared just as I ordered. Waitress was very friendly as well. Please get rid of the paper straws though.
our waitress was super! For a party of 6 adults & 6 children, she got our order straight! 👏
Instead of an actual person taking the order, its all done on a kiosk, so how could a burger be made wrong, if I selected what I wanted and what I didnt want.
Order was made wrong, but I didnt have time to wait on another, so I ate it.

Steak 'n Shake is a welcoming restaurant with a friendly atmosphere. The staff, particularly the ladies in the lobby, go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. The store and restrooms are clean, and the food is great. The food is cooked to order, no precooked meals here. Guests can order on a touch screen kiosk. The burgers were really good and the shakes are so thick and made to order. The service is on point and so friendly. The food is delicious and the kids loved the fries. The hospitality is impressive, making it a pleasant experience for visitors.
