Fan Cave Pizzeria Parsons is a pizza joint much better than the chains. The food is delicious, with amazing crust options like thin and crispy or thick with soft dough. The Deep Dish Animal and “The Animal” meat lovers pizza are standouts, along with the Bone In Mango Habenero wings, Hot Chicken and Waffle, Thai Pie, and divine pretzel bites. Service is wonderful, even for large groups; one crew was amazing and the ladies were nice and helpful. A call-ahead order was hot and ready-made. There is a good selection of beer, though only bottled drinks with no refills. The restaurant could use a light up sign for travelers, as it is not lit up. A second location is opening in Lexington.
