I love this place. Their sandwiches are fantastic. I recommend the turkey and cheese toasted. It literally melts in your mouth. Also they use sourdough bread and personally I need to eat sourdough because of the easier digestion. It just call comes together. They have other things there as well. It is so easy to pass it by when you're on 412 going east or even west but it's there! Make a point to stop on in and get you a sandwich or a coffee!
Just off of 412 in Parsons TN. Tiny shop, watch for it, totally worth the stop. Fried pies are delicious, buy extra because you will want more.The sourdough bread is earthy, moist, tender, fresh, a delight to your taste buds!They also have jelly and pickled items.You will be delighted you discovered this hidden gem

We’ve made it a tradition to get breakfast from Scheib’s whenever we have company. A bacon-egg-cheese on their fresh bread is in the running for the best breakfast sando you’ve ever had. It’s best when our visitors are around on a Saturday morning because we get those ridiculous, huge, hot glazed donuts, hand pies, a loaf of bread, and Mast’s honey to basically have a carb party from sunup to sundown!
