This was the BEST Arby’s I have ever had. Everything we ordered was hot and fresh and the service was phenomenal! Cole, Gabby, Lisa and Cheyenne were all so friendly that I ask for each of their names to acknowledge them for their amazing customer service! Great job to whomever manages the Arby’s in Pigeon Forge

We waited in line behind one car, we were the ONLY car behind this car for FIFTEEN MINUTES while they were picking rubber ducks at the drive thru. We ended up pulling away because why are you going to make us wait for food so someone can look through a whole tray of rubber ducks?! Have them pull forward or come inside so we can get our food. Nonsense and insanity.
