If I could give zero stars I would. My husband and I went to this Arby's to grab a quick dinner after a long day of traveling. We got to the restaurant at 7:50pm and went in to order and eat. The fact that there was no one in the restaurant should have been a big clue. We went to the counter to order and there were two people behind the register counting money. It appeared that one was cashing out and the other was coming on shift. When we approached the counter, neither of the associates bothered to acknowledge our presence. There was no "hello," no "we will be with you in just a minute," NOTHING. We stood there for approximately 2 minutes and decided to leave because they could not be bothered to acknowledge us. When we turned to leave, they offered to take our order. REALLY? When we said we were going to eat elsewhere, the taller of the two females just shrugged her shoulders and said OK. There are hundreds of places in Pigeon Forge, and the surrounding areas, to eat. Pick any of them and I can almost guarantee you will have a better experience.
Went in to eat and workers had a dog with them. A worker proceeded to tell the girl to get the dog out because of customers, but they went to the dining room to sit, I guess on their break. It clearly was not a service dog running everywhere.

The drive through worker was literally the most funny guy I’ve ever seen working a drive thru! He really loved his job. (get the French dip)
Went to Arby’s four a meal the employees messed up the order then when questioned and fixing the order the employee became angry and disrespectful not a place you would wanna take your family

Right on the “strip” of pigeon forge. Made the food fresh to order. Friendly service and even went above and beyond. And employee that was visiting was outside smoking a cigarette and noticed us in front of him eating our meals in our car with the window down and asked how the food was. Nobody has ever done that to me at a fast food joint! Southern hospitality here for sure
Sunday 3/16/24 around 9:10 PM it was busy and the manager cursed, yelled, and disrespected his own drive through worker to the point the worker quit. Food was and always is fine at the location but that manager should be fired and the employee needs an apology at the very

We use the mobile app and went to go pick up our food. This location is right on the main highway and easy to find. The people working at the location are a little bit sketchy. However, the one gal working behind the register in the location look like she was a crackhead. The lady that brought us our food was really nice and put a bunch of Arby sauce and horsey sauce in the bag. I’m not sure why it took almost 15 minutes to get six sliders. Not happy that they switched our order and instead of getting four buffalo chicken sandwiches we got one buffalo And four regular when it was supposed to be for Buffalo and one regular. I’m not sure that I would recommend this location to anyone considering that there are several other Arby locations in the area. Highly disappointed since I love Arby’s so much. Please please get it together and think twice before hiring people that look like a crackhead. So you know, employees that look like crackheads don’t make people comfortable when ordering food. FYI I’m sure the gal is super nice but again super sketchy and tweaking all over the place. PS, you should definitely download the mobile app. You get much better deals on the mobile app.

Great group of young people. The only reason I gave food 4 stars was the bun was a bit burnt and they for got sauces for french dip and roast beef. We drove back from our house and they gave us all new food for the error. It was a nice atmosphere, friendly, curious, clean and happy. It was refreshing.Wheelchair accessibility: ADA Friendly
