Bennett's Pit Bar-B-Que provides a warm and inviting atmosphere with its homey and casual setting. The restaurant is well-known for its excellent smoked meats, including pulled pork and ribs that fall off the bone and are described as delicious and spectacular. The brisket is highly praised, and the pork is considered exceptional, with some customers calling it the best BBQ they've ever had. The sides, such as mac and cheese, green beans, coleslaw like homemade, and crispy crinkle-cut fries, receive high marks for their freshness and flavor. The BBQ sauce is smoky and sweet, adding great taste to the meat, and the coleslaw is reminiscent of homemade recipes. The menu also features options like burnt ends, mac and cheese, garlic biscuits, and the smoked sausage sandwich. The restaurant offers a generous portion-to-price ratio and is appreciated for its allergy-friendly menu and attentive service. The atmosphere is quiet, casual, and family-friendly, making it suitable for dates or family outings. Customers mention that the food is fresh and delicious, with some enjoying takeout, and the staff is friendly. Though slightly expensive due to its tourist location, many find the quality worth it, and some are eager to return. The restaurant's signature BBQ sauce, Mustard's Last Stand, is noted for elevating the flavors, and the unique Hunch Punch Cooler adds to the enjoyable experience. Overall, Bennett's Pit Bar-B-Que is considered a top spot for BBQ lovers.
