Our air conditioner was broken, and Woody, the mechanic who came to repair it was prompt, efficient, professional and personable. He not only was able to repair our air conditioner in record time, but he answered our questions about local attractions and gave us wonderful traveling advice. Thank you, Woody!

This hotel is in a great location for exploring PF and central to everything. The rooms are small but clean, and we enjoyed the patio on the river. However, the beds are awful. They are way too firm,quite broken down and really uncomfortable. Other people we spoke to said the same thing ...They really need to be replaced. The staff were helpful in changing out our room because the bed was so bad, but the new room beds were just as bad. For a 4 star Hilton property I expected better quality beds as this was not comfortable for sleeping. I have slept in better beds at lesser quality properties.

Staff was not very friendly. Poor place for a conference with such a tight layout.

Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Decent views from certain rooms. I loved the overall feel of the hotel.

Close to all attractions and shops. Felt like less than 15-20mins to see everything. I shall return.

We stayed in August 2025 for 1 week. It ended up being a good stay and we would travel here again. Admittedly, we did have a rough start with their system being down and they placed us in a room with a clogged sink. The handyman had told the front desk about it before our stay, but they somehow placed us there anyway, after our 10 hour plus drive so it was no fun moving rooms after unpacking. They did contact us during the trip and made up for this, so it was satisfactorily handled. Breakfast was good - the manager was away on a personal matter, so that can happen, but the assistant manager was helpful when we had our issue. The kitchen gentleman was excellent, as were the breakfast staff ladies. Some of the front desk people could use improvement, as they did not really greet us and caused a few issues. There were some fans or air filter machines running at times on some floors. We did not eat dinner there - the location was good and parking was easy.

Me and my 3 year old just had a wonderful stay here. Had an initial issue with third party booking and they were able to take care of everything for me. Everyone was super kind and accommodating. Housekeeping was respectful and did and amazing job. Pool was awesome and the water slide was nonstop fun for my daughter.

My first time here. I find everything up to date. Room is clean, breakfast was great and service is great.

Website deceiving. Its in the middle of everything, if thats what you are looking for. Website makes rooms seem larger than they are. Customer service was inconsistent. Some great and some not so much. Paid an exorbitant price for the size room we had. Bathrooms toilet was loose and smelled like urine. Nowhere to hang towels after showering. I ran out of toothpaste and nothing complementary given at the desk. She referred me to the little store which did not have any. I would not return here. Breakfast was okay. Not much different than Holiday Inn Express. And it did not come included in the room. Very nice gathering space, which we used in the evenings because our room was too small. Gal serving in the dining room was very sweet. Sorry I couldn't rate it better, but we were extremely disappointed. It looked like a luxury hotel.
