I had to rotate the bed as I was falling into the night stand when I slept at night. Once I rotated the bed, it was like brand new.

We did have a singer one night while we were there. He was enjoyable.

You have to pay for breakfast.

I wish they had a water bottle filling station in the lobby. I had to go to the fitness center to fill my water bottle.

Jesse, the young lady who checked me in was priceless. I mean she was funny, cool and laidback. I only say this because some hotel clerks are very stuffy, especially at night but not Jesse, she provided an exceptional customer experience and gave me a great room so I could enjoy a bath bomb.

The room was very nice and quiet and came with a great view and balcony.

This is a great location, with great service and from the looks of it, a breakfast experience you don’t wanna miss!

Great location, near the main attraction, but off the main road. Rooms overlook the river. Friendly staff, clean rooms. Dogs allowed.

There are positives and negatives but the positives outweigh the negatives.

The negatives: rooms felt smaller, no smart tv, limited USB chargers in the room, breakfast was not included with the room.

The positives: LOCATION! Friendly and helpful staff, great outdoor pool area for kids, on site restaurant/bar, decent value.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the location was ideal! Just bring your own wall chargers for your devices and plan to pay for breakfast. The lack of smart tv shouldn't be a deal breaker. I'd also consider paying more for a larger suite. Have fun!!!

Stayed at the Black Fox Pigeon Forge told us one price for one night and charge us another price for the next night did not explain it to you when you check in instead of Was one price and then the next night, the charges twice the amount of the first night

Not a bad room for the money and location is EXCELLENT!! Service, not so much. Severely understaffed. Room service is not an option. There is not a restaurant, it is a kitchen, the bartender is the bartender and server. There is no waitress, you have to order at the bar. The staff was very kind, just not enough. There was one photocopy of a menu that was passed around and shared by all guest. The first night we ordered pizza for the room, they ran out of boxes. The second night I ordered wings and was told that I used all of the blue cheese up and that ranch would have. To do. I could go on and on. Room and location excellent, if you are looking to enjoy yourself at the hotel with its amenities, go somewhere else.

We stayed for two nights and it was really nice. The location was in the middle of everything! I definitely recommend giving this place a go!

Ok and I mean just ok. Granted this became part of the Hilton Tapestry Collection back in 2018 but I should have just stayed in the Tru hotel and saved some money. From the outside not a bad looking property and inside is ok. Rooms blah, hard to believe that our two bed balcony room actually had queen beds - since my wife and I had to scoot to the edge of the beds but the mattress had a few years on it with the significant depression in the middle. AC was loud as hell and the trick was to set it 64 and then before bed raise it to 67/68.

Showers was nice and but maybe I’m getting old but a curtain is not my cup of tea anymore. And though I am a Diamond member no acknowledgment at all despite me going up to the front desk and asking if the room was ready. Water provided on first evening but when we came back to the room the following day at 3 the room was not made up and I had to go get towels.

Tried out the pool but looks are deceiving - small and literally 5 maybe 6 lounge share and only 2 umbrellas for shade. No towels whatsoever, and no place to get a drink or bite since that is only on the weekends. Didn’t even use my food and beverage credit since there was nothing available until I believe 5. To be honest one of my biggest disappointments staying at a Hilton property.

This is not a four star property by any means and at the most and I’m generous here, a low 3 star. If you are a Hilton member go elsewhere and if you are looking around go across the river to the Drury. Their pool looks much better.

My family had a nice time at Black Fox. The building is beautiful, especially the lobby. The rooms were comfortable and had the standard items. Our room had a balcony over looking the stream, a peaceful spot to start the day. We used the pool, my kids made fast friends and had a good time. The location is terrific, a ton of activities and reseraunts close by. I would be happy to stay again.
