Nice hotel in a great location. Didn't try the breakfast but the pool was cool
Needs pest control.
Not up to other Hilton properties. Staff, not unfriendly, just not friendly; no coffee in the lobby, except during breakfast; linen and mattresses not up to the quality at the Garden Inn line; towels were rough....
Pillows too soft for me.
Nearby activities: In the heart of Pigeon Forge. Everything is a short drive.

One of the worst hotels I stayed in. Broken shower, empty soap dispenser. Please note that this is one of the expensive hotels in the area. I purchased the breakfast ($18) thinking they must be servicing freshly made hot food like omelets, etc. Nope, they are charging for the regular breakfast, which is available for free in any other hotels. If you want an Omlet, then you have to pay an additional $20. This is really a ridiculous place. I wish I had the reviews before staying here.

Please note, although you are a hilton member, you will pay up to 20.00 per person for breakfast. I find it ironic, you can go to the tru hilton, have better amenities, get free breakfast, and pay a considerable amount less. Almost 1/3 less. Also, the beds are NOT UP TO HILTON standard. It's hard as a rock and springs poking though. We have been to many hiltons, I was disappointed by the lack of hosting at this hotel because hilton has a higher standard

Beautiful, clean and inviting. I will stay here again, It is located with easy access just off the Pkwy. We went to the bar and had a drink, and the pizza and salad were really good.
Rooms: The beds were perfect and clean. Great shower and had a nice small balcony.
Nearby activities: You are close to the Islands and other attractions. Easy access to the Pkwy. and to Teaster. Around the corner from the convention center.
Food and drinks: On site bar and food. The pizza and salad were very good.

My only complaint is that the breakfast wasn't free, other than that it was a beautiful hotel with great views of the mountains and the Pigeon Forge area

Stay here is pretty disappointing. We booked as this was one of the more expensive hotels in the area and a Tapestry collection which we’ve always had good experiences with. This did not meet the normal standard. Service at the front desk was not great with them more concerned about chatting with each other than checking people in (waited over 5 minutes and was the only one in line). The room was out of shampoo which we didn’t know until trying to use. The breakfast was more expensive ($18 a person) with most of the food being out most of the time. Definitely not worth the price.

The front desk personnel were very helpful and attentive. The rooms are nice, but the suites offer you more space and a desk...
