Did not get food the way I ordered it. My son has an allergy to pickles and when we received our food it was in the drive thru and we didn't check to see if it was correct. Needless to say we had to throw his food away and purchase him something else from somewhere else. Need to improve on accuracy.

Extremely poor quality not only in food but entire atmosphere. Extremely unsanitary and a definite no on every going back. Your better off hungry than waisting your money and still being hungry because your foods cold and everything is from the day before.

The customer service experience was unsatisfactory. Despite a 15-minute estimated wait time for an online coffee order, a refund or substitute was not provided upon request. Asked for ranch for a todller but they charged for that too.

Absolutely HORRIBLE service. The cashier was RUDE! We are on vacation and usually come to this BK location before heading to Dollywood. For years it has been good experiences. Until nowâŠ. An older lady took our order (wears glasses, my receipt says Betty) Acted like she hated being there. I spoke nicely to her, hoping to encourage and make her day better. Didnât help at allâŠlol My total was substantially more than I anticipated. Once we got our food, I realized why. She rang me up for more than I ordered and didnât use coupons correctly.

Very rude employees! I have been here 3 times and each time I had an unpleasant experience. They greeted me at drive through with: âwhatâs your order?â. Food was undercooked and when Iâve told an employee acted like it was normal. You can tell that they hate their jobs and they donât care about their customers.

Horrible customer service working night shift we had to repeat our order multiple times because they apparently couldnât hear us, finally thought they got everything when we get to the window to find out they missed a small drink so my husband asks if he can add the small drink and was trying to explain we had ordered it but the rude guy cut him off and said no you canât order here you should have ordered it as he closes the window and goes to make the drink ? We didnât ask him for a free drink my husband was trying to hand the guy the money for it?! All I can say is the dude best be glad my husband was driving and not me because he would have wore that drink home with the attitude and smart mouth of his! My husband says buddy thank you as he pays him and sorry your having a bad day he responded âitâs because of people like you!â November 16, @8:50pm Iâm pretty sure his name tag said Zane and the drink they forgot and acted so childish over was for my 8 yr old son on his birthday after a long day at Dollywood! Seriously if you hate your job that much then quit, find another one, whatever it takes for you to be a better human!

I ordered on the app, it was around 8pm, it was a customized order. Everything was prepared as I requested and was available when I expected. My fries were hot and my burger was fresh. It's near Dollywood so it's convenient.
