Ember & Elm at Dollywood’s HeartSong Resort offers a fantastic dining experience with friendly service. The atmosphere is fabulous, with delicious food options including fried green tomatoes, fried chicken, spiced strawberry salmon, and brussels sprouts. The staff, especially Lulu, provides excellent recommendations and takes great care of guests. A must-visit restaurant with superb food and service.
