We were seated quickly at Table 41 tonight after the parade… Roger H was our server and he was absolutely amazing! He had a genuine smile from the moment he introduced himself and was very quick to tell us he was there if we had any questions. He checked on us often throughout our meal and not by being a bother at all! We definitely enjoyed our experience in its entirety and hope Roger has a very Merry Christmas!
We had to ask for our drinks which we ordered way before our food. Our Server blamed the bartender for not being on top of it. Our salads were frozen and we had to let them thaw in order to eat the ice chips of salad. Both of our orders were wrong and our server again blamed one of the plates on the cook staff handing her the wrong plate. We also asked for medium steaks and they were definitely well done.
