First time at Cook Out and was served by Alex, who took time to explain the menu to us. Alex was very kind and professional and really went out of his way. The food came out quick and tasty. We will be going back again.

Mellow and professional for a fast food restaurant. They young man at the counter made me and my family of six feel not welcomed but wanted hand things when we asked and replaced a sweet tea for unseat. I'm sure we were some what difficult but they worked with us with a smile. And best hush puppies I've had.

We enjoy our local Cookout in SC, but this one ups the bar! Nice, newer, clean 2-Story restaurant, easy to get into and out of off the busy parkway and food quality was great. Will visit this location on our next trip to Pigeon Forge!

Kid-friendliness: Corn dogs for days! You can get a corn dog meal with sides of corn dogs (4 total)!
