great staff and excellent service

Food was cold took about 20 minutes to get it asked for biscuits and they were not brought for 10 minutes until after we got our food which was too cold to eat told them to take it off ticket we will not be back food and service used to be good, not any more

Really bad today.
Took forever to be seated.
Forever for food to arrive and no bread with it--had to ask.
Food was COLD.
There were only about three other tables ---not busy.Problems didn't seem to bother waitress from beginning to end.
Used to really enjoy Crackle Barrel
But not now.
You need to visit the past for the future to succeed.

Our server, Tony, was amazing! Funny, attentive, kind, knowledgeable and loved Jesus❤️
Food was cooked well and the store was clean.

We eat here for lunch sometimes and the service has always been good with good food.

Waitress wasn't so great and I would not recommend the steak and chicken combo. Manager was very nice.

Last 2 times we have ate at a Cracker Barrel the one in Harriman tn a now pegion forge tn. My husband will alway get breakfast they don’t bring his gravy when they do finally everything else is cold so he done eat.

Came in with 6 others, 2 of the orders were incorrect. My order was barely warm-not even close to hot. You were out of rice because of a previous large group, so I ordered the mashed potatoes under the gravy/chicken because I'm was told it would be 20 minutes for more rice. Why does it take 20 minutes for more rice? We can make it at home in less than 5 minutes. Anyway when I got my order it was Not Hot. I took most of it back to the hotel so I could heat it in the microwave. Not a very pleasant dining experience to say the least.

Our server Tess was awesome. Very attentive and kind. And always smiling.

HORRIBLE !!! NEVER AGAIN. THE FOOD WAS COLD, SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE AND THE MANAGER WAS THREATENING. COULDN'T EVEN GET ANY JELLY FOR OUR BISCUITS AFTER PAYING OVER $50 FOR BREAKFAST. PLENTY OF OTHER PLACES TO EAT. CRACKER BARREL IS NO LONGER ON MY LIST OF OPTIONS. AND THE FOOD TASTED TERRIBLE !!!!

Our food come out warm. Nothing tasted like it was fresh. There was no temp heat to any of the food. I had meatloaf/ dumplings with okra and taters. Husband had burger and fries.

Server was horrible , He took our order and didn't return to the table until he brought us the bill, without even asking if we wanted anything else and without any gesture of kindness at any time he served us.

Great food!! Courtney was a fantastic waitress! Food was hot, tasty and delicious. Classic Cracker Barrel decor. Check it out when in Pigeon Forge!
