Our waitress is as wonderful. It was very crowded but she handled everything we needed and was so friendly and helpful.

The gravy for the gravy and biscuits didn't taste good, and the sweet tea was not sweet. Everything else was excellent.

Having a call service take your order was difficult. The person had no idea where the location was even at. The food was literally the worst food I had ever had at Cracker Barrel. Needless to say I won’t be back unless to visit the gift shop.

Took almost an hour to get our food. A large group that came in after we did was served before we were. When we finally were served my meal wasn't what I ordered and took about 20 minutes to get the corrected meal. The server didn't mach contact with us during this time, I talked to a different server. They tried to charge for the meal that was returned even though it was not my fault the it was wrong. My daughter complain until it the extra meal was removed! Will NEVER return to that Cracker Barrel!!

We walked in to order two dinners to go. And they got my name said it would be just a few and they would call us over the intercom. So we were looking around and it had been a while and the waitress who took our order came back through the gift shop and asked if we were just shopping we were like no we are waiting on our food. That is when she pointed out our food had been sitting on a shelf at the checkout counter and we had no clue. Food wAs cold otherwise it would have been really good. MY e next time will be better. Will to give it another chance

With our bus group divided up at different tables, we were treated poorly. It was our fault (?) that we had reservations but two buses came together. At our table for eight, No napkins were put on our table. We never received any biscuits/bread and we had to request the sides and sauces that were included on the menu after the food was served. The three star waitress was sharp of tongue and told us she knew we were in a hurry…we were not after our 12 hour drive…and plopped drinks and plates noisily. We came to visit Pigeon Forge but it started our time here with a bad impression. The to go order at our table came 1/2 to go but the sides on a plate. The bottomless lemonade to go from our table requested a to go cup and was told she’d have to wait for it until she could get time. The manager was informed, offered to pay for my spouse’s ticket but we refused his offer as we came in willing to pay and we did pay. Disappointing for a Cracker Barrel, Inexcusable for a server to make us senior citizens feel as if we inconvenienced her by choosing a usually accommodating venue, and poor community relations if there is an expectation of repeat business or a referral to others.
