Atmosphere was amazing , we had 8:30pm reservation, I recommend you come 30min before because it is very crowded . They’ll have you waiting in lobby until the arena is ready . They have a live banjo player there while you wait and a small gift shop. You will get a ticket with your row number/letter. Follow signs for your seats when you enter arena . Food was great , the home made biscuit tasted so good!Customer service was really great , shout out to our waiter Conner . Show was a great experience definitely recommend this place

I was very disappointed in the show. The server was good and the food was good. I have been in the past and really enjoyed the show. We went back to see it again and brought someone new. We were so excited for him to see the Bison! The show has totally changed and we did not enjoy it. It used to be quite an experience. I think a dinner show should be an experience. The butterflies flying around work just lame. I can't think of another word. There was a story being told when we were there last time. We we're very disappointed. We wanted to leave early however we did have a child and a first-timer. The first timer didn't care for the show either. Sorry Miss Dolly Parton but something needs to be done with this show.

We had so much fun here! Arrive early for the saloon show, it is great! The food was so good and steaming hot. Every staff member was smiling and helpful. This is a definite family activity when in Pigeon Forge!

We had a group of about 40 women, so we were seated up high. Good view, but you could see how the performance was staged, so a little of the magic was lost. The horse riders were pretty obvious when they pulled up multiple times to let the other team win. Overall, it was fun and would be wonderfully exciting for kids.

Who knew this was so fun !!The show was so fun to watch and you or children can also participate in a few fun games in the ring. The waiter will come by and ask everyone for any volunteer, you definitely wont missed out the opportunity.The food was also good, surprise surprise !!The small roasted chicken was tasty and moist and you are only given one fork to dine. So either you get your fingers dirty or bring your own cutleries ~ ~ i didnt bother to ask for a knife and spoon. Paper bags were offered to take out your unfinished food.I’m very much interested to see how the kitchen works and food preparations in order to churn out hundred of chickens and biscuits. That would be an interesting tour !!When it comes to tipping, no cash no problem just ask for your server’s venmo.This is truly unique Americana experience !!

Don't wast your money. I've been there several times and enjoyed it . We went 4|20 It was terrible . The food is not like it was . They no longer serve the whole pork , no longer serve the potato wedge! Pulled pork was terrible . I got 10 potatoes like you serve for breakfast ! Chicken really have a tast .I basically paid almost four hundred for a poor meal. The show is wonderful except the butterfly part of the show ..Doesn't go with the theme for sure . Western and ?? I won't go back or recommend it! A couple years ago absolutely ? I would . QUALITY HAS WENT DOWN HILL IN THE FOOD DEPT ! OUR server was excellent and underpaid ..
