Hmmmmm......how could a donut place with the word donut in it be out of donuts by 3? They must be goid to run out so early. Im just always disappointed though because they dont have much coffee selection. So when they are out of donuts and only have plain coffee I guess I just prefer to go elsewhere. But if you go early, Im sure youll be fine.

Went here for a coffee one evening and we were just visiting for a couple of days. The lady there started my drink off wrong but omg it was so right lol. She was like I have a s double shot in there I’m sorry I misread it. She asked if I still wanted it. Mind you it was 8pm. YES!! Please lol. She was so nice and definitely made my night with that drink!! Yum!!

I’m from out of town and thought I would stop here for some coffee and donuts with my family. We went inside and the old woman they have running the register was absolutely rude to me and my husband. She had an attitude before I even started ordering. I had to let my husband finish the order cause she was being very loud and making me very anxious. He was trying to order me a iced coffee and she was like “that’s completely different than what you said” I don’t know how me telling her I wanted a iced coffee was different than what he said but she then said “now what was that other stuff you said” while being loud. I said “ you’re being rude” and I started to walk away and she was saying stuff to me in front of the whole store! She’s very lucky my kids and husband was with us cause she would’ve got an ear full! Freaking rude place and thankfully I don’t have to ever go back there!! Would not recommend!!!!! I was there Sunday around 12 pm. The old woman doesn’t even have teeth and had the nerve to be nasty! They only had like 4 options of donuts to pick from.

Charging for a pup cup when the company doesn’t charge in the first place , I had bought a coffee too. I get pup cups for my dog literally all the time and this is the only location that tries to make up charges. last time also they tried to charge for “less ice”. Their reasoning was “it’s pigeon forge” but the other location IN pigeon forge never does this.

I ordered ahead online. My order was made wrong so I went back to tell them and the lady working the drive through was already being snoody. And since remaking my toast they burnt it and just slapped some avacado spread on it. Looks awful. I'm sure because they were annoyed they had to remake my food. This isn't the first time I've had issues with this particular location. I almost stopped coming to this location entirely once.. i don't believe I'll be returning again. Not worth my money.
