Lulu provided excellent service. She was very attentive to our needs and make sure that our drinks never went dry Douglass. The manager was friendly and provided excellent support to Lulu and his fellow staff. It was great to see how a great manager was able to make things easier for all his servers while providing service to the guest in a friendly Demeanor.
The Ember and Elm restaurant at the Heartsong resort has proved nonetheless to be a lasting and memorable experience that pushes the boundaries of modern service. Just by walking in, you are welcomed into the loving community of the staff who have fiery passion for each of their roles in this cuisine.
